This vigorous variety produces purple roots with white flesh. The texture is crunchy and juicy, this radish has a mild flavor that improves when  of  light  jellies. This variety is sensitive to heat and severe frosts. It is an open pollinated variety developed by Alf Christianson Seed Company and registered in  1985.

  • Successful sowing

    Sow the seeds outdoors as soon as the ground can be worked in the spring.  Plant in full sun.  Successive plantings can be made every 3-4 weeks during the summer and fall to ensure a continuous harvest.  Provide regular watering. The pungent taste of radish is accentuated by periods of drought and late harvests.
